Analysis of process-, circulation- and wastewater
The analysis of process-, circuit- and wastewater provides valuable information for the optimization of processes as well as in case of occurring problems.
Furthermore, the monitoring of measured parameters over a longer period of time provides important information for the ongoing application support or for monitoring/quality control during product use.
In addition to the standard analysis of process and waste water, we also deal with the following tasks:
ICP-OES analysis of heavy metals, alkali and alkaline earth metals
Photometric analysis of nutrients, cations and anions in aqueous media
Depending on the task, different analytical methods and equipment are used, the wide range of which requires the comprehensive expertise of our analytical team.
A wide range of microbiological testing methods completes our offer.

Analytics for pulp- & paper industry
Here we were mainly concerned with identifying deposits and finding the causes of paper defects such as dirt spots, clumps, stains and tears/holes.
Identification (components, origin, cause) of deposits in the pulp and paper production cycles
Identification (components, origin, cause) of deposits Raw, semi-finished and finished materials
Identification of microbiologically caused deposits in circuits
Determination of bacterial count (total bacterial count, aerobic/anaerobic/sulfate reducers)
Comprehensive knowledge of the origin and causes of production problems provides our application specialists with a valuable basis for finding the optimum solution for you.

Microscopy trainings
Learn from the expert – Practical trainings on microbiological examinations of activated sludge
Microorganisms play a central role in wastewater treatment. Regular examination of the activated sludge provides detailed information on the functionality of the wastewater treatment plant and can give valuable indications for optimization possibilities.
The trainings take place directly at a wastewater treatment plant. You analyse the sample you have brought with you on your own microscope under guidance and can take a concentrated load of expert knowledge back to your workplace:
Introduction to the practice at the microscope
Basics of the microbiological composition of activated sludge
Determination of single and multicellular organisms
Introduction to the determination of filamentous bacteria
Analysis of the activated sludge samples brought by the participants
Interpretation of the results
Discussion of possible measures derived from the results of microscopy
